Article 1. Purpose
These terms of sale are intended to define the contractual relations between
Volubilis Habibi and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website. The acquisition of a product through this site implies an unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale of which the buyer acknowledges having taken knowledge prior to his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of products on the site "volubilishabibi.com" is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand have full legal capacity, enabling it to commit itself under these general conditions of sale.
VOLUBILIS HABIBI retains the possibility to modify these conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or in order to improve the use of its site. Therefore, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

The photographs are as faithful as possible but do not bind the Seller. The sale of the presented products is intended for all buyers resident in the countries that fully allow the entry in their territory of these products.
Article 3. Prices

Article 4. Order and methods of payment

The company VOLUBILIS HABIBI offers the buyer to order and pay its products in several stages, with the payment option
- Payment by bank transfer: the buyer selects the products he wishes to order in the “basket”, modifies if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or fills in a new one.

Then, the shipping costs are calculated and submitted to the buyer, as well as the name of the carrier. Then, the buyer chooses the payment method of his choice: «Payment by transfer». Article 5. Retention of title
The company VOLUBILIS HABIBI retains full ownership of the products sold until the perfect collection of the price, in principal, including fees and taxes.
Article 6. Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise its right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of return costs.

Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are made by
La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature. The delivery times are given only as an indication; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded. VOLUBILIS HABIBI will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of his parcel by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman. In the event of the buyer’s absence, he will receive a notice of passage from his letter carrier, which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office, for a period indicated by the postal services. Transport-related risks shall be borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the company’s premises.
The buyer is obliged to check in the presence of the clerk of La Poste or the deliveryman, the state of the packaging of the goods and its contents at delivery. In case of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Guarantee
All products supplied by Volubilis Habibi benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code. In case of non-compliance of a product sold, it can be returned to us to the company who will take it back, exchange it or refund it. All claims, exchange requests or refunds, contact Volubilis Habibi 
within 30 days of delivery.

Article 9. Liability
The company Volubilis Habibi in the distance selling process, is only bound by an obligation of means. Its liability cannot be incurred for any damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as data loss, intrusion, virus, service disruption, or other unintended problems.
Article 10. Intellectual property
All elements of the Volubilishabibi.com website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Volubilis Habibi.
No one is authorized to reproduce, use, or use for any reason, even partially, elements of the site in the form of a photo, logo, visual or text.

Article 12. Settlement of disputes
